Stickers are undoubtedly a form of promotion – be it for brands, ideas, movements, events, etc.
Although they can be found in almost all public spaces, most people overlook them. At least those that are not invasive and frequent.
Ad booster intervention focuses on increasing the visibility of art collectives, subcultural content and small businesses that barely get a place in the cacophony of jumbo posters, screens and other aggressive promotional strategies in public space. By enlarging them approximately 10 times and placing them in the same composition as the original stickers, directly next to them, I wanted to evoke an interaction between the “hidden messages” of public spaces and their users.
