The work was created in the specific circumstances of a combination of measures to stop the covid-19 virus and reforms implemented by the right wing government during the state of emergency. Cultural production was frozen, but in the field of culture, there was an opportunity for personnel changes and the institutionalization of cultural revisionism.

It seemed as if the independent cultural sphere was blown away or trapped and under the strict control of the authorities. I tried to show the situation in a picturesque, metaphorical and playful way.

Although it was bound to a specific context, we can speak of the attempt to establish control over culture as a historically recurring pattern.
